Shipping policy

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or South African public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
Cape Town and major centres: approximately 1-3 business days
Other areas: approximately 2-5 business days
Outlying or regional areas: delivery may take slightly longer

These are estimates and may vary depending on the courier, destination and circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Where a free-delivery promotion or threshold applies, this will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery information

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe an item is missing, please contact hello@rekrd.io with your order number and photographs where applicable. We'll investigate it with the courier and help resolve the issue.
