Damaged or incorrect orders: Email hello@rekrd.io with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice, no fuss.
Returns: Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because sachets are consumables, we can't accept opened products back — but if something's not right with yours, email us anyway. We'd rather fix it than hide behind a policy.
